Send an email to someone at district technology. Please only send requests to one employee. If the employee you send the request to is not able to help or needs additional support they will forward to other staff, as needed.
Faster: Call
Call extension 8777 and speak with a technology employee, or leave a voicemail. The person that answers your call will create a helpdesk ticket for you at their earliest convenience. For the fastest support you can bypass this step and create your own helpdesk ticket.
