Rich is an amazing volunteer and substitute teacher. Through the ASPIRE program, he has helped countless numbers of students find their path for life after graduation. He connects with students through humor and sports and is genuine in his conversations with students about their opportunities. He encourages them to pursue their dreams while being realistic about life's realities in post secondary options. After retirement, he decided to give back to our schools even more by becoming a substitute teacher. He is an amazing person and wonderful addition to our school community. He would never ask for recognition but certainly deserves to be recognized.
