REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OREGON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICTCONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTORSERVICES - 2025 BOND PHASE 2 PROJECTS
Notice is hereby given that Oregon City School District No. 62 (“District”) is requesting competitive sealed and written proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the OCSD 2025 Bond Phase 2 Projects. The general scope of the OCSD 2025 Bond Projects include major renovations at John McLoughlin Elementary School, Candy Lane Elementary School, Holcomb Elementary School and Oregon City High School CTE.

Sealed proposals will be submitted to Oregon City School District, Administration Office, 1417 12th Street, Oregon City, OR 97045, Attention 2025 Bond Program before 2:00 p.m. PST, on July 9, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted. The proposals will be opened publicly, immediately after bid close time, with only the name of the proposer being read.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. PDT on June 24, 2025 at the Oregon City School District Bond Office located at 995 South End Rd., Oregon City, OR 97045. Please pre-register for this meeting no later than June 23, 2025 by emailing Kimberly.davis@orecity.k12.or.us.
All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in Request for Proposal, RFP Number B04-2025 requirements. Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required in the RFP documents.
Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 – 701.055.
Oregon City School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
