The Grant Department at Oregon City School District is responsible for securing and managing external funding to support the district's educational programs and initiatives.


The district’s grant coordinator is tasked with assisting the district meets all requirements of the grants in which the district enters into an agreement or contract. The grants are directly managed by a grant manager and they work the grant coordinator to ensure all reporting requirements, both fiscal and programmatic reports are met. The grant coordinator serves as a resource to all district employees who wish to apply for grants. All grants must align with the district’s goals and Strategic Plan.
