  • Clackamas ESD Regional Art Show

    Join us in celebrating the extraordinary artistic talent of students in our region! Each year, Clackamas ESD presents diverse artwork from middle and high school students representing all 10 Clackamas County school districts in a juried art show and awards thousands of dollars in prizes at the art show awards ceremony.

    *Submissions for the 2024 Regional Art Show will open in early 2024. All submissions must be made by Clackamas County school district art teachers.

  • "If I were mayor..." Contest

    An invitation from the Oregon Mayors Association and the City of Oregon City.

    Share your creative ideas about what you would do as mayor.

    Local winners are entered into the state contest for a chance to win prize worth $500!

  • Oregon State Police's 2024 National Missing Children's Day Poster Contest

    The National Missing Children's Day Poster Contest (see below) is a nationwide contest for 5th grade students and is designed to promote awareness among teachers, parents/guardians and children and engage them in discussions about safety.

    The national winner, their teacher, and Parents/guardians, and the state manager will be invited to Washington, D.C., to participate in the 41st Annual National Missing Children’s Day Ceremony. Transportation and lodging will be provided.

    Deadline for all posters to be received by OSP is February 20, 2024

  • The Clackamas County Arts Alliance Literary Arts Committee invites you to submit your work to their 2024 Writing Contest!

    GENRES ACCEPTED:

    SHORT STORY – UP TO 5000 WORDS

    ESSAY – UP TO 5000 WORDS

    POETRY – ANY STYLE, UP TO 100 LINES

    PLAY – UP TO 30 PAGES

    $250 will be awarded to first place winners in the 4 genres, and the runner up winners will receive a cash prize of $100. First place and runner up winners will also receive complimentary registration to the 2024 Clackamas Community College Compose Creative Writing Contest!

    Entries will be accepted from January 3rd to April 12th, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.

  • 6th annual Safe Routes to School Poster art contest

    Any Clackamas County student in kindergarten through high school is welcome to submit original artwork based on a variety of safety themes. Information can be found on the program website.

    Submissions should be entered by one of the following ways by April 1, 2024:

    Email a high-resolution photograph or scanned JPEG or PNG image of your artwork to srts@clackamas.us

    Mail or drop off a paper copy to Clackamas County Development Services Building, third floor Engineering Division (ATTN: Scott Hoelscher) 150 Beavercreek Rd, Oregon City, 97045
